Job Description
Business Analysis & Requirements Management Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for omnichannel engagement, customer journeys, audience segmentation, and activation use cases. Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement gathering activities with integral and affiliate stakeholders. Support onboarding activities, capability demonstrations, training sessions, and business readiness efforts. Identify opportunities to improve adoption, operational efficiency, and user experience. Cross‐Functional Collaboration Partner with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Engineers, Data Teams, and Vendors to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and implemented. Support testing, validation, and user acceptance activities. Help manage dependencies across business, process, data, and technology workstreams. Experience 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, Product Delivery, CRM, Marketing Technology, Omnichannel Engagement, or Digital Transformation domains.



Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working in large‐scale enterprise transformation or digital engagement programs. Experience operating within Agile delivery environments and collaborating across product, engineering, and business teams. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), CRM and Marketing Automation ecosystems, customer journey orchestration, segmentation, and activation concepts. Ability to manage dependencies across business, product, architecture, data, and engineering teams. Comfortable navigating global and matrixed environments. Relevant certifications in Agile, Product Ownership, Adobe, CRM, or Marketing Technology platforms are a plus.
