ABOUT THIS ROLE The AOS is responsible for administering all aspects of the company's Compliance Agent Oversight Program, including audit quality assurance, as well as auditor training and support for our agents. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Phone Audits across Europe Prepare and participate for/in Agents Onsite Audits and training campaigns. Ensure the quality of the Phone Audits across Europe.



Training local teams in Compliance POSITION REQUIREMENTS Advanced Excel skills, including execution of simple Macros, and use of Power BI tools. Fluent in English and a French (a third language is a plus) Previous experience working in an administrative role, call center, analyzing documentation.
