About This Role This is a unique opportunity to implement the strategy alongside the Country Programme Manager and the rest of the Management Team. For that you will need to be fast, data-driven, hands-on and a motivational project manager with the ability to bring colleagues from different departments together. Define and execute the most strategic and cross functional projects in the country with a clear focus on growth: getting insights from data,



defining and aligning initiatives and executing your recommendations Support the Management Team by structuring and executing critical analysis to help other colleagues make data-based decisions
