Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Butler / House Manager to oversee and elevate the standard of service across three properties belonging to a high profile Italian financier. The Principal and his family divide their time between Ibiza, Milan and London.This newly created position is designed for a hands‑on, proactive professional who will be instrumental in raising household standards and ensuring a consistent, high level of service, presentation and operational excellence across all properties—particularly during periods of occupancy in London and Ibiza.Responsibilities
Oversee and manage existing household staff, including train and elevating the London housekeeper’s skills, particularly in table service, wardrobe management and laundrySupervise Milan staff which includes a part time housekeeperRecruit, train and manage seasonal staff for the Ibiza property, including chefs, housekeepers and other staffProvide hands‑on service to the Principal and his familyManage front‑of‑house operations and liaise with contractors, suppliers and service providersSupervise packing/unpacking,



provisioning and stock control across propertiesTravel ahead of the Principal to prepare propertiesOpen and close Ibiza property seasonally (early May and October)Maintain impeccable standards in line with the Principal’s high expectations and Italian styleQualifications
Extensive experience in a similar position, ideally across multiple residencesThe right to work in the EUHands‑on experience in household operations, table service and entertaining, wardrobe management and staff training and managementStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a harmonious staff dynamicFamiliarity with EU work and residency requirementsFluent in English;

Spanish highly preferred;

Italian desirablebut not essentialStrong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detailDiscretion, professionalism, and ability to operate independentlyComfortable with extensive European travelAccommodation
A small private apartment in Ibiza will be provided.Hours
Full‑time and versatile to the Principal’s requirements.Location
