We're looking for an AI Product Lead who wants to play a key role in building and scaling a digital product from its earliest stages, working directly with founders and having a real impact on business growth.

What will you do?

You'll take ownership of the product strategy and execution, helping transform business challenges into scalable digital solutions.

Product Ownership:

- Define, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Gather requirements from different stakeholders and translate them into actionable initiatives.
- Structure and optimize product processes in a fast-evolving environment.
- Monitor product performance and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.

AI & Automation:

- Identify manual processes, operational bottlenecks, and inefficiencies across the business.
- Evaluate and propose AI-driven solutions, including automation workflows and AI agents.
- Coordinate implementation projects with external technology partners and vendors.
- Assess the impact and scalability of automation initiatives.

Conversion & Customer Experience:

- Analyze customer journeys and conversion funnels across digital and assisted channels.
- Identify friction points and opportunities to improve the user experience.
- Define and monitor KPIs related to conversion, engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Drive initiatives aimed at increasing business performance and customer satisfaction.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with marketing, operations, and commercial teams to align priorities.
- Coordinate external technology and design partners to ensure successful delivery.




- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and act as a key decision-maker for product initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and product development efforts.

Execution & Delivery:

- Define clear requirements, user stories, and project scopes.
- Lead initiatives from ideation through implementation and launch.
- Track outcomes and measure the business impact of delivered solutions.
- Continuously iterate and optimize based on performance data and user feedback.

What are we looking for?

- 4–6 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product, Ecommerce, or similar roles.
- Experience working in startup, scale-up, or highly dynamic environments.
- Strong business mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on attitude with a strong focus on execution.
- Fluent English

Nice to have

- Experience with AI products, automation platforms, AI agents, or workflow optimization.
- Background in ecommerce, marketplaces, travel, or other B2C digital products.
- Experience testing, prototyping, or validating new product ideas.
- Familiarity with product analytics and experimentation frameworks.
