Experience in public cloud architecture, including compute, networking, identity and access management (IAM), and microservices. Experience in pre-sales acceleration, technical proofs-of-concept (Po Cs), and leading technical workshops. Preferred qualifications Deep domain specialization (AI, Data, or Infrastructure) with expert-level depth in at least one domain. Experience in enterprise technology buying and evaluation processes and business-to-technology translation skills to challenge partner delivery strategies. Ability to deliver results and work cross-functionally alongside direct Google Cloud Platform Customer Engineers to orchestrate solutions consisting of multiple products. Ability to drive and influence partner tech audiences, identify expansion engagements, and ensure accelerated velocity with zero partner-delivery escalations on partner-led delivery deals. Responsibilities Serve as the pre-sales solution design authority for priority Regional System Integrators and strategic partners across EMEA. Operate ring-fenced from General System Integrator engagements, acting as the ecosystem co-pilot to Google Cloud's Account Platform Customer Engineers and owning the partner’s technical capability to enable delivery. Move seamlessly from regional advisory to deep domain execution (AI, Data, Infrastructure) to capture the pre-sales gap, while deflecting post-sales delivery. Collaborate with Partner Development Managers to create,



drive and execute joint business plans focused on high-impact engagements across the sub-region. Drive VIP Red Carpet bootcamps, hackathons, and technical sessions for partners to accelerate sales cycles and ensure high-quality on-time delivery. Provide targeted pre-sales architectural support exclusively for RSIs and strategic partners, unblocking complex deals and leading the technical review of high-impact Statements of Work (So Ws). Author baseline enterprise-replicable assets (functional AI demos) and lead deep-dive technical sessions and hackathons for the regional Partner Tech Community. Contribute to building, running, and maintaining the EMEA Partner Tech Community. Compensation (Spain) €88,000
