Mandatory requirements
English + French + Dutch: high professional level (used daily with customers and internal teams).
Well-organized, methodical and detail-oriented profile with a strong customer focus.
What will your mission be?
Support Sales representatives and customers, ensuring smooth and accurate processes: order management, invoicing and follow-up in SAP, acting as the key link between customers and internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
Order processing: create and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
Sales & customer support: provide information, resolve issues and support customers after the sale.
Internal coordination with teams such as Sales,
Logistics, Installation, Public Tenders, Credit & Collection, etc.
Manage the customer journey: from the initial request to final delivery, following company procedures and policies.
Continuous improvement: suggest ideas to optimize processes and ways of working.
Administrative tasks: handle documentation and regular administrative duties in line with established procedures.
Conditions
Hybrid model: on-site Tuesday to Thursday / remote Monday and Friday
Working hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Salary: €29,000 gross/year
Contract type: temporary contract via Gi Group (ETT) for Agilent
Expected start date: 01/07/2026
Estimated duration: 4 months
