About the role ? We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Team Lead (player-manager) to join a fast-growing European B2B SaaS company within hospitality tech. This is a step-up role for a Senior Account Executive looking to move into leadership. You will initially spend the first 3–6 months as an individual contributor, building deep product and market understanding, before transitioning into a Team Lead role combining sales and leadership.Your responsibilities

Several years of experience in B2B SaaS salesProven top performance as an individual contributor (AE)Experience coaching or informally leading othersStrong skills in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRMExperience from fast‑paced or scaling environmentsNative or C2 German (mandatory)Meritorious skills
Experience within hospitality SaaS (strongly preferred)Experience in international sales environmentsPrevious formal leadership experiencePersonal qualities
