You'll manage payroll end-to-end across multiple countries, coordinate with external providers, optimize benefits, and ensure compliance with tax and social security requirements. You'll partner with HR, Finance and Tax, analyze payroll data for risks and savings, mentor teammates, and drive improvements in a fast-growing, international environment with hybrid work and a strong emphasis on people.
