Eucalyptus is seeking an Operations Lead in Spain to take the new Spanish market from its first patients to a reliable, scalable service. You will run day-to-day operations across Prescriber, Medical Support and Patient Experience, and own the pharmacy partnership and cost controls.
You will build SOPs, lead a growing local team, and work with Clinical Governance and Legal to ensure compliant, high‐quality patient care. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
