You'll partner with Supply Chain Directors across multiple countries, reporting to the HR Director EMEA, shaping people strategies and delivering HR solutions that support 64+ plants in 20 countries. In this role you will harmonize practices, build capability, lead talent programs, drive engagement, and oversee HR operations including recruitment and policy implementation across a diverse and growing network.
