We are looking for a Senior Purchasing, Cost & Industrial Operations Specialist to join our team and help optimize procurement, improve cost competitiveness and ensure efficient industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage the purchasing and supply of materials, spare parts and industrial services in line with production needs and demand.
- Negotiate prices, commercial terms and delivery conditions with suppliers.
- Follow up on purchase orders, monitor stock levels and manage issues related to supply, receiving, quality and invoicing.
- Calculate and analyze standard and vigente costs, product structures, bills of materials (BOMs), margins and cost variances.
- Identify savings opportunities and initiatives to improve costs and profitability.
- Prepare KPIs, cost comparisons and management reports.
- Maintain accurate purchasing, cost and item master data.
- Technical analysis and resource coordination: Understand maintenance requirements from a technical perspective, identify the necessary spare parts, materials and services, and coordinate their availability with technical teams.
- Technical and cost optimization: Assess alternative solutions based on technical, functional and economic criteria,



helping optimize resources, reduce costs and minimize operational delays, while relying on mechanics for specialized technical expertise.
- Coordinate with Planning, Production, Assembly, Logistics, Warehouse, Quality, Finance, Engineering, Maintenance and IT to ensure operational continuity.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and collaborate with international CSafe Global teams.

Requirements

- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- Solid experience in industrial environments, preferably in purchasing, procurement, industrial costing or operations.
- Experience in supplier negotiation, management and evaluation.
- Knowledge of cost and margin analysis, budgeting and management KPIs.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- English level sufficient to communicate effectively in an international environment.

The following would be an advantage

- Experience with SAGE X3 or other ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Power BI and data analysis tools.
- Additional training in purchasing, finance, operations or continuous improvement.
- Valid Category B driving licence.
