FYUL is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the customer experience across product journeys. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to uncover opportunities, shape strategy, and drive cohesive, intuitive experiences that meet customer and business goals. You will champion usability, contribute to design systems, and push for continuous improvements using qualitative and quantitative insights, including AI-driven approaches, to raise the standard of design practice.
