ResponsibilitiesPlan team capacity, manage workloads, and prioritize the technical backlog based on business needs and available resourcesBuild, maintain, and continuously improve delivery processes to ensure consistent executionManage project plans, timelines, and scope, adapting them to changing priorities and requirementsCoordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve blockersFacilitate planning sessions, retrospectives, demos, and other team meetingsEnsure clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, timelines, and risksMaintain up-to-date project and process documentation in NotionWhat makes you a great match2+ years of Project Management experience in the iGaming industryMiddle+ / Senior level expertise in managing technical projects and teamsSolid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
