We work with some of the most reknown and prestigious Luxury and High Premium Fashion brands across Europe.

We are looking for a International Recruiter GERMAN Speaker for our office in Barcelona, Madrid, or remotely if necessary, with the following

responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, source analysis, CV screening, candidate’s interviews, check referencesFollow up and coordinate with Internal ClientsBuild network to develop a pool of qualified passive candidates in advance of needExecute pre-screening, phone/face-to-face and Skype interviewsSource and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etcPost positions to appropriate sources,



research and recommend new sources for candidate recruitingAdminister recruiting database and record keepingProduce and analyse recruiting reports and market mappingAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationshipsBe an ambassador of Luxe TalentRequisitos:Bachelor Degree in Human ResourcesProven work experience as a Recruiter (minimum 2 years)Familiarity with HR databasesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong decision-making skillsAttention to detail and accuracyMust be versátil and able to cope with changes and a fast-paced environmentStrong organisational and time management skillsAutonomous, independent, responsible.
Fluent/Native GermanFluent English, Spanish/Italian will be considered a strong plus.
