Задачи Own end-to-end deployments for large hospital and care organizations, including project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment
Lead live product demos for prospective clients and support commercial efforts in Spain
Coordinate clinicians, hospital leadership, IT, and internal teams to keep deployments moving
Prepare and support teams through training and go-live, including regular on-site work across Spain
Drive adoption after go-live and work with clinical champions to identify and address barriers
Identify and resolve issues, bringing together the right people when support is needed
Work with internal specialists such as MedOps and TechOps, driving the project and remaining accountable for the overall outcome




Improve implementation processes, tools, and ways of working as the company scales
Требования At least 2 years of experience in a demanding environment such as management consulting, technology, healthcare operations, a start-up or scale-up, or project/programme management
Strong project management and organisational skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication
Strong bias towards action and ownership
Ability to work independently and structure ambiguous problems
Professional fluency in Spanish
