€95,000 per annumPackage: All Travel & Accommodation ProvidedTravel: Approximately 2 Weeks Per Month Across EuropeThe OpportunityWe are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager to join a growing international contractor delivering major construction projects across Europe.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional looking to take ownership of high-value projects while benefiting from a versátil working arrangement.
You’ll spend approximately two weeks per month on-site across European projects, with the remaining time working remotely from home in Madrid.
All project-related travel and accommodation expenses are fully covered.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee commercial performance across multiple European construction projects
- specifically MEP packages on data center construction projectsManage project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting and financial performance.
Lead contract administration, commercial negotiations and subcontractor management.
Identify and manage commercial risks, variations, claims and opportunities.
Work closely with Project Directors, Project Managers and senior leadership to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
Manage procurement strategies, subcontractor agreements and payment applications.
Monitor project profitability, cash flow and cost-to-complete forecasts.




Support commercial reporting and provide strategic input on project delivery.
Travel to European project locations to support delivery teams and resolve commercial matters.
RequirementsProven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
Strong background in commercial management, contract administration and cost control.
Experience working on major construction or engineering projects.
Experience in MEP, data centres, mission-critical or technically complex construction projects would be highly advantageous.
Strong contractual knowledge and commercial negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English essential; Spanish language skills advantageous.
Based in Madrid or the surrounding area, with flexibility to travel across Europe.
