As a Services Business Leader EMEA (f/m/d), you will lead the commercial strategy, sales execution and growth of our Services business across EMEA, translating business priorities into regional sales plans and driving sustainable revenue growth, customer value and operational performance.
Working closely with regional teams and stakeholders across Services, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Product, you will identify growth opportunities, strengthen customer relationships and improve commercial effectiveness across markets.
We are looking for a commercially driven, proactive and hands‑on professional who combines strategic thinking with practical execution. You will coordinate and influence regional teams through a dotted‑line structure, with the potential for broader leadership responsibilities as the organisation evolves.
