Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will deliver an exceptional customer experience and manage relationships with customers and insurers while providing comprehensive administrative support for the Repair Facility Team. You will schedule vehicle repairs, retrieve insurance assignments, and prepare repair orders using CCC One.
You’ll record all communications, coordinate rental car details, and ensure ARMS/CCC One data consistency throughout the repair
