We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a German Speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality technical and account support via phone, email, and live chat to German-speaking clientele.

- Represent major international brands within the Customer Support Services sector by maintaining professional and empathetic communication standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex user inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within our CRM systems.

- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless support workflows and continuous process improvement.

- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate and efficient guidance to our diverse user base.





- Contribute to the team’s success by meeting and exceeding established performance metrics and KPIs.

- Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.

- Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.

- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering superior Customer Support Services.

- Prior experience in customer-facing roles is highly advantageous but not strictly required.

- Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously.
