Role Summary:

Construct, assemble, or rebuild equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Machine & Equipment Operation: Operate basic equipment and machinery to carry out routine operational tasks.

- Operations Management: Execute daily tasks by adhering strictly to established operational processes.

- Equipment Maintenance & Repair: Assist in maintaining and repairing equipment and appliances through proper prep work and hands‑on assistance.

- Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Follow mandatory safety instructions to protect self, team members, and the surrounding environment.

- Operational Compliance: Comply with mandatory procedures to ensure high quality standards and adherence to internal codes of conduct and external regulatory codes.

- Internal Communications: Communicate clearly and courteously with team members and internal stakeholders.

- Additional Duties:



Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Education & Experience: High School Diploma / GED and/or 0–2 years of relevant experience.

- Verbal Communication: Clear and effective elementary verbal skills to express ideas and request actions.

- Planning & Organization: Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks with guidance to meet business objectives.

- Policy & Procedures: Guided understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and strategic goals.

- Health & Safety: Basic knowledge and application of safe systems of work.

- Equipment Utilization: Ability to work towards optimizing the use of production plant tools, equipment, and materials.

- CAD Skills: Basic proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD).
