In this full-time role, you will be the welcoming face and reliable point of contact for our international guests.
Key responsibilities
- Handling smooth check-in and check-out procedures, conducting guest rooming, and introducing visitors to the hotel amenities upon arrival.
- Managing daily front desk operations and handling general guest inquiries with care and efficiency.
- Advising guests on island highlights, local attractions, excursions across Mallorca, and personalized recommendations.
- Providing professional complaint management in close collaboration with Guest Relation Management and hotel directors.
- Processing individual room reservations and supporting group bookings on a punctual basis.
- Ensuring clear, seamless communication and handovers with other hotel departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage.
We are looking for an open-minded and motivated personality who enjoys delivering exceptional guest service.
You should bring:
- Very good spoken and written German skills, alongside good proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Genuine passion for the hotel industry and a consistently guest-oriented attitude.
- Initial practical experience working at a hotel reception or front desk.
- Strong communication skills paired with a positive, approachable demeanor.
- Excellent team spirit, dedication, and a pronounced focus on high service quality.
