Are you a dedicated healthcare professional looking for a meaningful nursing position in Mallorca? A hospital clinic in Palma is seeking 8 hospitalization nurses to join their medical department. In this full-time role, you will deliver comprehensive, high-quality nursing care to patients admitted to the inpatient wards, maintaining rigorous clinical protocols and safety standards.

In your daily routine, you will manage vital healthcare procedures and provide patient-centered support:

- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to admitted patients across hospitalization units according to safety and quality protocols.
- Conduct initial health assessments and continuous clinical monitoring, recording vital signs and detecting any health changes promptly.
- Administer prescribed medications, manage intravenous therapies, and collect biological samples for diagnostic testing.
- Care for and maintain central and peripheral vascular accesses, surgical drains, and catheter systems, alongside wound dressing and patient mobilization.
- Coordinate closely with medical teams and healthcare professionals to plan clinical procedures and facilitate safe hospital discharges.




- Educate patients and their relatives regarding post-care measures while accurately updating clinical records in digital health systems.

To be considered for this opening, you should meet the following requirements:

- A completed university degree in Nursing.
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish (C2 required) and knowledge of Catalan (B2 valued).
- Relevant clinical experience of at least 3 months is positively considered.
- Practical proficiency in managing central vascular lines, safe medication administration, patient mobilization, and digital vital sign monitoring systems.
- Rigorous commitment to hygiene standards, infection prevention, and patient safety regulations.

This position provides stable employment conditions within the healthcare sector in Palma:

- A permanent contract with a full-time working schedule.
- A gross annual salary of €32,063.40 distributed across 12 monthly payments.
- Rotating shift model from Monday to Sunday (shifts from 08:00 to 15:00, 15:00 to 22:00, and 22:00 to 08:00) with two consecutive days off each week.
- Target starting date scheduled for October 26, 2026.
