Description Imagine Live is looking for an experienced Pit Boss to oversee live gaming operations in our Madrid studio. This role is key to ensuring game integrity, operational excellence, and a high-quality player experience in a fast-paced environment. The position is shift-based. Responsibilities
* Supervise live table operations and ensure full compliance with gaming procedures and standards
* Monitor dealer performance and provide real-time feedback and support
* Act as the main point of escalation for operational issues during the shift
* Ensure fair play and monitor player behavior, reporting any irregularities
* Handle live chat interactions related to complaints, disputes, or responsible gaming concerns
* Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth daily operations




* Prepare reports and communicate key insights to management Qualifications
* Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
* Previous experience in live gaming, casino operations, or similar environments is highly desirable
* Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure
* Excellent attention to detail and integrity
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Flexibility to work shifts
