* Manage lead capture, ABM, and lead conversion tools, including Pardot, Salesforce, and 6sense
* Create, manage, and influence the MarTech product roadmap and strategy
* Develop tools and capabilities for full-funnel marketing attribution
* Collaborate with sales operations to enhance and troubleshoot lead management processes and integrations with marketing automation platforms
* Ensure marketing automation best practices and capture feedback for platform and process enhancements




* Adapt core components of the EU marketing program to specific marketplace dynamics
* Influence and drive functional teams and stakeholders at all organizational levels. Требования
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
* Experience with Excel or Tableau, including data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables
* Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
* Experience leading go-to-market activities for consumer software or hardware product launches
* Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
