- Build human-like voice agents that handle thousands of real phone calls every day
- Work on hard real-time problems: low-latency speech/LLM pipelines, orchestration, reliability
- Full-stack ownership with no silos, from architecture to production
- Backed by tier-1 US investors, with enterprise customers already in production
- Small, high-caliber team, with exposure to the US market

For: builders with 3–5+ years shipping end-to-end products, ideally with real-time, audio or latency-critical experience.

Opportunity 2: Founding AI Engineer

European AI startup · Seed-funded · Agentic product

- Own every AI flow in the product:



extraction, retrieval, agentic workflows, generation
- Bring state-of-the-art models and techniques into production, and decide what’s worth shipping
- Real budget and freedom: evals, fine-tuning, model and vendor choices
- Founding-level seat with product-market fit, real traction and European expansion underway
- Founders who still write code

For: deep AI specialists with at least 1 year of AI in production, who live in evals and turn papers into shipped decisions.
