What you'll do
* Be the first point of contact for customers and partners via phone, chat, and email
* Handle after-sales topics: order status, product details, invoicing, and complaints
* Work with a range of internal and external tools to find fast, accurate solutions
* Take on escalated cases and turn them into satisfied customers
* Grow into roles such as mentor, trainer, or Quality Assurance specialist What we're looking for
* Native-level or C2 Dutch
* English at B2 level (used for training)
* Good problem-solving skills and a creative approach
* Experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus,
