- Processing incoming orders, quote requests, and customer inquiries
- Monitoring product availability, clarifying and tracking delivery dates
- Preparing transport documents and accompanying papers for special transports from Schaan/FL
- Creating invoices and credit notes
- Preparing and coordinating the shipment of trade fair and course materials
- Updating delivery conditions
- Clarifying shipping methods
- Acting as a contact person for sales partners, end customers, regional sales managers, and subsidiaries in operational matters
- Actively supporting the field service
- Working closely with logistics, warehouse, and planning departments
- Providing operational support to internal departments such as product management, key account management, customer care management, academy, R&D;
- Pre- and post-processing of promotions, trade fairs, and events
- Personally supporting sales at trade fairs and events, if required
