Someone who is highly professional, approachable, bubbly and is full of good energy. The role:
* Ensure that all our customers and guests receive high standards of service to have an exceptional experience.
* Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining areas.
* Follow standard opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth service throughout.
* Comply to the company’s established hygiene policies and procedures to maintain proper food and equipment handling standards.
* Attend to customer complaints in a professional manner and seeking assistance when needed.
* Assist in maintaining sufficient stock,



ensure tasks are carried out efficiently and as per company standards. Qualification &

Skills:
* Must have a High School Certification, Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred)
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
* Good command in spoken and written English.
* Is guest and service orientated
* Has excellent leadership, organizational and multitasking skill, with strong attention to detail.
* Positive and service-oriented attitude
* Ability to handle a high-volume service environment
