Marine Nanotech | International Travel Required Marine Nanotech is looking for an experienced, English-speaking Yacht Project Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for a hands-on professional with strong experience in yacht polishing, paint correction, surface preparation and ceramic coating applications. The successful candidate must be actively involved in carrying out the work, applying ceramic coatings and polishing yacht surfaces, while also managing technicians and overseeing projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
• Personally carry out yacht polishing, paint correction, surface preparation and ceramic coating applications.
• Manage and supervise technicians while working alongside them on projects.
• Plan and coordinate projects, schedules, materials and logistics.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with captains, crew, shipyards and clients.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and find practical solutions on site.
• Travel internationally to carry out and manage yacht projects. Requirements
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Proven hands-on experience in polishing and applying ceramic coatings to yachts.
• Strong knowledge of yacht paintwork, surface treatments and finishing techniques.
• Experience leading teams or managing yacht projects.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for projects.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally.
• A practical, proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
• Valid driving licence preferred.
