At Groupe SEB your competencies and skills matter, but your values and attitude matter even more What are we looking for? A Demand Analyst to join our Demand Planning organisation. Your mission will be to build the most accurate and automated statistical baseline forecast possible, ensuring demand consistency across Product Lines and enabling Demand Planners to work “by exception” and focus on what statistics cannot anticipate (promo spikes, product life cycle, activations). What will your responsibilities be?
• Build and maintain the statistical baseline forecast (0-18 month horizon), configuring and selecting the most appropriate models in o9.
• Own data quality and updates: sell-in, sell-out, market trends and share, promotions and external indicators.
• Monitor forecast performance, identify products that require manual intervention and maximise statistical forecast adoption.
• Analyse key KPIs (DPA, Bias, % Touchless, FVA) and drive continuous improvement plans.
• Consolidate and check the consistency of the forecast at Product Line level, challenging assumptions when they create significant deviations.
• Act as the demand planning business partner for Marketing teams: launches, promotions,



lifecycle strategies and Phase-in/Phase-out coordination.
• Partner with S&OP; teams, providing visibility on risks and opportunities.
• Act as a change leader, advocating a data-driven culture and the use of advanced analytics with clear, actionable reports. What will help you be the best candidate?

Education:
Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of statistical forecasting, Machine Learning concepts, advanced analytics and data visualisation.
• Proficiency with o9 (or similar demand planning tools) and the Microsoft suite.
• Strong analytical mindset, process orientation (organised and accurate) and the ability to challenge stakeholders using facts and data.
• A focus on continuous improvement, problem solving and solid product and business understanding.
• Languages: Spanish and English (minimum B2). What do
