INTERNATIONAL AGENT RECRUITMENT & ONBOARDING PARTNER Premium Property Agents | International Collaboration | Independent Contractor | Remote Premium Property Agents is seeking an independent partner for a long-term collaboration focused on recruiting, selecting and onboarding real estate agents across international markets. This opportunity is suited to professionals with experience in recruitment, training, sales or business development who want to build an independent professional activity within an international real estate organisation. Your Responsibilities
* Source and attract potential real estate agents in international markets.
* Communicate with candidates, present the PPA business model and assess their suitability.
* Deliver PPA’s 10-day online training programme, comprising nine training days and a final examination.
* Schedule training sessions at mutually convenient times and communicate with candidates via email throughout the programme.
* Collect the required documentation and register candidate information in the PPA CRM.
* Monitor training progress and submit successful candidates for final PPA certification. PPA provides an established training programme, methodology, documentation and operational procedures. You will receive the training needed to deliver the process independently. The PPA International Network PPA currently operates in five countries: Lithuania, Germany, Spain, Cyprus and Turkey, with infrastructure prepared for expansion into more than 115 countries. Our portfolio spans private residences, hotels,



industrial properties and institutional investment opportunities valued at up to €88 million. We work directly with property owners, private investors, family offices and institutional funds, as well as selected trusted partners. PPA partners benefit from shared international infrastructure, an integrated CRM system, training resources and property distribution channels covering approximately 60 countries and 100 portals, subject to listing requirements. Property developers across several markets are already awaiting qualified agents to represent their properties. Our practical training model enables agents to begin working with buyers and/or sellers during the training programme itself, while actively using PPA’s CRM, systems and operational procedures. Collaboration Model & Remuneration Initial training and onboarding
- €600 + VAT (one-time fee) Includes specialised preparation to deliver PPA’s agent recruitment and onboarding programme, with access to the established methodology, training materials, assignments, documentation and procedures. Infrastructure setup
- €70 + VAT (one-time fee) Covers CRM access, the documentation library and operational infrastructure setup,



including the first month’s subscription. Thereafter, the monthly fee is €49 + VAT. Performance-based remuneration
- €420 + VAT per certified agent You receive €420 + VAT for each agent you recruit and train who successfully completes the programme and obtains PPA certification. Commissions are paid monthly. There is no fixed salary. Your income depends on your results and the number of agents who successfully complete the process. This is an independent service partnership that can be developed as either a primary or supplementary professional activity. The role is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere in the world.
