Eskimi is seeking a Head of Creative Innovation to lead the Creative Studio's innovation efforts. The role focuses on inventing, validating, and productizing new creative formats and AI applications for digital advertising. Responsibilities include managing the innovation pipeline, prototyping new formats, applying AI and 3D technologies, setting creative standards, coaching teams, creating commercial demos, enabling commercial teams to produce mockups, using performance data for decision-making, and collaborating with Strategy and Project Management. Requirements include senior creative leadership experience, hands-on prototyping skills, expertise in rich media and generative AI, commercial judgement, data-driven decision making, team leadership, and good communication skills.
