Experteer Overview As an E2E Technical Architect, you own the end-to-end technical solution across multiple platforms and geographies, ensuring architectural coherence. You connect API design, integration patterns, data flows, and non-functional requirements, acting as the technical authority across client architecture teams and offshore delivery. You shape design decisions, governance artefacts, and risk mitigation, while maintaining strong client and Operations relationships. This role combines onshore governance with an offshore factory model to deliver banking modernization at scale. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Own the end-to-end technical architecture across platforms (ServiceNow, Blue Prism, Sisense, Task/Facade API, Optimus) ensuring consistent design decisions • Define and maintain the integration architecture including data flows, API contracts, middleware patterns, and event/trigger models • Produce and govern architecture artefacts (design documents, playbooks, ADRs) • Lead technical design sessions with offshore leads and SMEs; translate business requirements into implementable designs • Review and approve technical designs from workstream leads; enforce architecture standards at gate • Act as the primary technical interface to client architecture and infrastructure teams for platform access, security, and deployment requirements • Define and maintain non-functional requirements (performance, availability, security, data residency,
