Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead end-to-end CIRA risk assessments across countries, units, and functions to identify and address compliance and integrity exposure. You will collaborate with the Compliance network and business stakeholders to provide independent challenge while ensuring accountability remains with the business. You will help evolve CIRA methodology, data analytics, and reporting, including responsible use of AI. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position in a global, matrix environment.

• Plan and scope assessments with clear objectives and scope
• Lead structured stakeholder interviews to uncover exposure
• Design and perform risk-based transaction testing and data analysis
• Assess a wide range of compliance and integrity risks (ABu0026C, AML, sanctions, etc.)
• Evaluate culture, governance, and escalation processes
• Identify emerging risks from business and technology changes
• Prepare executive-level findings and reports for governance forums
• Maintain rigorous evidence trails and confidentiality of assessment outputs
• Refer potential misconduct to Investigations and other functions
• Follow up on remediation actions and monitor effectiveness




• Contribute to development of CIRA methodology and tooling including AI usage

Responsabilidades
• Experience leading compliance risk assessments, monitoring, testing or assurance activities
• Strong knowledge of international compliance regimes (ABu0026C, AML, sanctions, export controls, fraud)
• Excellent interviewing and investigative skills with data-driven mindset
• Strong analytical skills and ability to test transactions and analyze data
• Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assessments
• Practical understanding of AI and emerging technologies
• International experience and willingness to travel
• Professional qualifications such as CFE, CAMS, ICA, CIA or CISA are advantageous
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline
