As Product Manager for the Money Flows domain, you own the strategy and execution for key payment infrastructure capabilities in a rapidly growing fintech. You’ll align features with the long-term vision, balance delivery with technical debt, and translate regulatory changes into smooth money flows. You collaborate with engineering and client teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions across networks and corridors. • Own and drive execution of a key Money Flows product area from vision to delivery
• Manage the product backlog and achieve defined success metrics
• Translate regulatory changes into concrete money flows and requirements
• Collaborate with engineering as a key stakeholder and ensure timely delivery
• Demonstrate knowledge of networks and payment schemes (e.g., SWIFT, SEPA, FPS) and their APIs
• Gather client feedback and translate needs into clear requirements
• Lead shows u0026 tell sessions to communicate updates and trade-offs
• Be the go-to product expert for stakeholders and resolve questions proactively
• Understand the product architecture and tech constraints impacting development
• Lead and mentor junior team members and contribute to onboarding
Responsabilidades
• Consulting Experience: 3–5 years in Accenture or Big4 on financial services/payments transformation
• Banking/Financial Services Domain: 2+ years in Fintech or banking with payment chain experience OR
• Product Management: 2+ years in Fintech launching/scaling regulated financial products
