Experteer Overview
You join the Manufacturing Technologies and Co-design team to advance next-generation aircraft production. You will drive Ru0026amp;T projects, co-develop manufacturing processes for composites, and industrialize systems to meet program goals. You collaborate with global engineering teams, manage trials, and support continuous manufacturing improvements. This role offers hands-on fieldwork, global collaboration, and a path to shape future aircraft manufacturing.

• Lead Ru0026T projects and trials for future aircraft components
• Maintain and coordinate Airbus Process Instructions (AIPIs) as global focal point
• Oversee Manufacturing Technology Teams for repairability, prepregs, and auxiliary materials
• Drive industrialization of A350 Cargo Door and related processes
• Collaborate with engineering to define and co-design composite manufacturing processes
• Set up and scale composite manufacturing systems aligned with program targets




• Analyze manufacturing results through destructive and nondestructive inspections
• Apply project management tools (planning, risk analysis, PFMEA, PDCA) to ensure success

Responsabilidades
• Strong knowledge of composite materials for aeronautical components
• Experience in composite manufacturing processes
• Experience in co-design for manufacturing with engineering and materials teams
• Ability to define, set up, and industrialize systems for composite component manufacturing
• Background in project management with planning, control, and risk management
• Knowledge of health and safety practices in industrial environments
• Expertise in prepreg materials and comparison to dry fiber and thermoplastics
• Ability to conduct trials, analyze results, and generate detailed reports
• Knowledge of environmental solutions in manufacturing
