Experteer Overview
In this role you will help evolve New Relic’s internal platform by owning scalable, highly available Kubernetes-based infrastructure. You will work closely with platform teams to automate delivery and improve production reliability. This is a hands-on, operations-heavy role focused on real-world scale and resilience. You’ll contribute to an AI-enabled observability platform, shaping how teams ship and operate complex systems. This is a mission-driven opportunity to impact general developers and customers.

• Platform orchestration on a large-scale Kubernetes infrastructure ensuring high availability and performance
• Drive evolution of internal tooling to streamline platform delivery
• Manage production environments and respond to high-severity incidents

Responsabilidades
• Experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Deep Kubernetes knowledge (Deployments, StatefulSets, Services) and experience writing custom Kubernetes Operators
• Go proficiency for infrastructure automation and systems programming
• Proven track record managing production environments and handling high-severity incidents
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native scaling tools (Karpenter, Cluster API) and Day 1/Day 2 operations
• Familiarity with Helm and GitOps workflows (ArgoCD or Flux)
