In this role, you drive civil works and infrastructure projects at the San Pablo facility, balancing technical management with hands-on site execution. You design spaces that fit operational needs while prioritizing space optimization and sustainability. You’ll lead site constructions, ensure quality and compliance, and manage CapEx/OpEx and risk. Responsabilidades
• Engineering or Architecture degree with Master Habilitante
• Minimum 5 years experience in building u0026 construction/infrastructure projects (10+ years preferred) as field engineer or technical project manager
• Strong building background with project/planning management, quality assurance, procedure follow-up, and administration/license management
• Advanced English (negotiation level)
• Excellent communication and leadership, team management, customer focus, and continuous improvement
• Nice to have: experience managing construction projects in the industrial sector
