Experteer Overview
In this role, you will own and evolve the enterprise chatbot architecture, focusing on scalability and governance within the Azure stack. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to shape the chatbot ecosystem, starting with the Microsoft Teams front end and expanding to omnichannel integrations. You will ensure architectural integrity and guide teams on best practices, AI integration, and platform standards to support business growth. This is an opportunity to influence how AI-powered customer engagement and internal workflows are designed and deployed at scale.

• Maintain end-to-end architecture of the enterprise chatbot ecosystem on Azure
• Optimize Microsoft Teams chatbot capabilities (Bots, Extensions, Tabs, Adaptive Cards) for reliable UX
• Govern integrations with omnichannel platforms and enterprise systems (Dynamics 365 Omnichannel, SNow, email, portals)
• Oversee KM and AI architecture with Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, RAG, and prompt engineering standards
• Establish and enforce architecture principles, reusable patterns, security, and development standards
• Lead architecture reviews, provide solution guidance,



and coordinate with business and vendor teams
• Evaluate new Azure AI and Microsoft 365 capabilities for improvements

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of overall experience
• 3+ years in a similar Solution Architect role
• Expertise in Microsoft Teams App development (Bots, Extensions, Tabs, Adaptive Cards)
• Strong Azure AI stack experience (Bot Framework, Cognitive Services, Azure Functions)
• Hands-on with Generative AI / LLM (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, RAG, orchestration, prompt engineering)
• APIs design and integration with ERP/SCM (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, VIM)
• Experience with lifecycle tech management and keeping SDKs up-to-date
• Architectural leadership for .NET applications on Azure and mentoring teams
• Fluent English
