In this role, you will support HR data integration and migration across hybrid systems, focusing on configuration, testing, data quality, and ongoing operations. You will work under guidance to ensure data consistency and reliable integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM. The role involves hands-on tasks from data extraction and cleansing to validation, mappings, and basic reconciliation, with emphasis on documenting results for repeatability. You will collaborate with HR domain experts and keep runbooks and tests up to date. Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Support data migration execution including extraction, cleansing, mapping, validation, and basic reconciliation
• Configure and maintain BIB artifacts (infotype group setup, mappings, transformations, validations)
• Execute integration and data tests, collect evidence, and document issues with clear triage
• Monitor replication jobs and integration flows; perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate with context




• Support Integration Suite/CPI operational tasks (deployments, health checks, basic configuration updates)
• Run and monitor SuccessFactors Integration Center jobs and assist with basic troubleshooting
• Assist with SuccessFactors data import activities (mass imports) and basic OData/API validation
• Support data quality checks using profiling/validation tools or simple scripts
• Collaborate with HR domain experts to confirm data requirements and business rules
• Maintain configuration notes, test results, and runbooks to enable repeatability and smooth handover

Responsabilidades
• Data migration execution support (extraction, cleansing, mapping, validation)
• Experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integration
• Familiarity with Integration Suite/CPI and SAP data integration concepts
• Ability to monitor integration jobs and perform basic troubleshooting
• Knowledge of data quality checks and basic scripting
• Collaborative work with HR domain experts and consultants
• Documentation of configurations, tests, and runbooks
