In this role you will bridge diagnostic solutions with system-level engineering to maximise railway reliability and availability. You’ll work within Siemens Mobility to shape architectures, manage interfaces, and drive alignment across engineering, customers, and Ru0026amp;D. You will plan and monitor engineering activities, define specifications, and produce clear technical documentation. The position offers a hybrid, collaborative environment focused on digital innovation and sustainable mobility.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Plan, execute, and monitor engineering activities for Maintenance u0026 Digital Systems while proactively managing progress and risks
• Shape system architectures, configurations, and operational concepts to align with the Siemens Mobility portfolio
• Coordinate critical system interfaces and drive technical alignment across engineering teams, customers, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with Ru0026D to define new maintenance functionalities and innovative system architectures




• Analyze project requirements, define specifications, and ensure end-to-end traceability across subsystems
• Configure diagnostic solutions and produce precise technical documentation, including version control and design specs

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Industrial, Telecommunications, Computer, Electronic, Automation, or Railway Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in Rail Signaling
• Proactive mindset focused on requirements management, system architecture, interfaces, and integration
• Analytical, collaborative, and quality-oriented approach with emphasis on continuous improvement and clear communication
• Fluency in English and Spanish; willingness to travel
