As an AI Engineer (Software), you design, build, and ship production-grade software across the full stack with AI-assisted tooling as a core practice. You work on real client programs, connecting applications to agentic AI backends, LLM APIs, and enterprise AI pipelines. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and AI adoption, offering a clear path toward advanced, forward-deployed roles. You collaborate across industries, benefiting from broad tech exposure and AI certification tracks while shaping reusable components and standards.

• Use AI coding assistants daily to boost productivity and output quality
• Integrate LLM APIs into production applications, manage token limits and latency, and build abstractions
• Apply AI across the full software delivery lifecycle: AI-generated tests, debugging, code review, and prompt engineering
• Own the quality and production-readiness of AI-generated outputs, assessing reliability and failure modes
• Define and track KPIs for AI-assisted workflows and present metrics to stakeholders
• Own end-to-end delivery from design to production support within Agile sprints

• Build and integrate application layers and interfaces that connect full-stack systems to agent-based backends
• Understand data flows, context handoffs, and integration points with AI pipelines

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• Commercial software engineering experience in production environments or equivalent (projects/internships shipped)
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or TypeScript
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day engineering work with production LLM API calls, including token management, latency, and cost tradeoffs
• Basic understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
• Familiarity with cloud fundamentals (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containers (Docker), and CI/CD
• Understanding of Agile delivery fundamentals
• Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
• Ability to validate and improve AI-generated outputs and understand AI limitations
• Familiarity with agentic system concepts (LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent); production experience preferred, conceptual understanding required
