Experteer Overview
As Senior Underwriter for AXA XL’s Political Risk, Credit u0026amp; Bond (PRCB) team, you will deliver profitable underwriting services to clients and help expand the business across Europe. You’ll work with an experienced global team to originate and underwrite political and credit risks, manage risk within authority, and build broker/client relationships. The role blends strategy, risk analysis, and market engagement, with a focus on delivering quality data, pricing, and claims input while supporting planning and forecasting. This is a high-impact, market-facing position within a leading specialty lines group.

• Deliver service excellence and ensure high-quality data in underwriting systems
• Possess expert technical knowledge of product and industry
• Report to Underwriting Manager – Political Risk, Credit u0026 Bond, Iberia (Madrid)

Responsabilidades
• Relevant experience in banking or insurance with focus on credit and/or political risk analysis
• Proven PRCB underwriting experience and best practice
• Experience in trade/export finance, project finance or structured credit preferred
• Strong credit analysis and interest in global economic/political affairs
• Ability to respond to market changes and create innovative customer solutions
• Business development skills and strong negotiation abilities
• Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus)
• Team-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Adaptability to a changing environment and ability to work with diverse seniorities
