Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in power conversion systems, electrical grid automation and renewable energy or battery storage solutions
• Strong knowledge of power systems, LV/MV/HV equipment, switchgear and generation equipment
• Understanding of grid code compliance, power system simulation models, and related components (RTUs, protocol gateways, SCADA, PLCs)
• Proven ability to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and business cases
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, including public speaking in workshops
• Willingness to travel internationally (~20%) and collaborate across global teams
• Proactive, professional, customer-focused attitude
