Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and build components of the Observability Suite as sovereign cloud services, integrating Grafana LGTM stack and open-source tools. You will extend architecture with logs, metrics and traces using projects like OpenTelemetry and Prometheus, and automate service lifecycles with Kubernetes operators. You own the development and operation cycle in an agile setup, bridging development and SRE to diagnose and fix performance bottlenecks. You will help customers monitor and control their lifecycles via REST APIs while advancing cloud-native observability.

• Own the software lifecycle in an agile "You Build It - You Run It" environment, bridging development and SRE
• Perform root cause analyses using logs, traces, and metrics and implement sustainable fixes

Responsabilidades
• Deep enthusiasm for Software Engineering, Cloud-Native Observability and SRE
• Experience with or willingness to master Grafana ecosystem
• Strong understanding of observability needs in cloud environments and effective instrumentation
• Interest in learning new technologies (e.g., OpenTelemetry) and sharing knowledge with the team
• Knowledge of data structures and optimization for high-cardinality environments
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and Kubernetes operators (preferred)
• End-to-end software development lifecycle ownership
