Experteer Overview
As Senior Controller, you will strengthen financial close governance and provide timely, high-quality reporting to Delivery Hero. You will collaborate with local and corporate accounting teams to ensure IFRS compliance and robust controls. The role focuses on improving processes, disclosures, and the reliability of monthly results. You will work across borders to design scalable controls and enhance our reporting toolset, enabling sustainable growth. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a clear impact on financial integrity and decision-making.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Support integral month-end close and monthly reporting (TB, KPIs, FTEs) with emphasis on materiality and deadlines
• Review IFRS financial statements and consolidate group-level results, addressing inconsistencies
• Design and implement controls over the financial close using risk and control matrix approach
• Collaborate with corporate and local accounting teams to close gaps and drive process improvements




• Contribute to RACI design and embedding redesigned processes with effective controls
• Support IFRS presentation, disclosures, and ongoing refinement of the OneStream reporting tool
• Act as a day-to-day point of contact for accounting and finance colleagues on reporting matters

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field with solid accounting/reporting experience
• English fluency
• Strong IFRS knowledge and consolidation experience; risk and control matrices
• Stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Hands-on experience with OneStream (SAP S/4HANA a plus), Excel, Google Workspace
• Analytical, organized, detail-oriented with ability to work under strict deadlines
