Experteer Overview
In this role you will help modernize Back Market’s platform as part of the Code Foundation, delivering foundational tools and services that improve developer productivity. You will own and evolve cross-stack features in an agile, build-it-and-run-it environment, building scalable, high-quality software that enhances user experiences. You’ll collaborate across squads and with the Staff engineer to align technical direction with the company vision. This is a chance to shape a distributed architecture while working on mission-driven technology that reduces environmental impact. Responsabilidades
• At least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Strong technical abilities in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Bonus: experience with Python and Go or other backend languages
• Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines (e.g., CircleCI)
• Delivers high-quality code with tests, documentation, and in-depth PR descriptions
• Proficient in code reviews and constructive feedback
• Interest in tech stack: GCS, Kubernetes, Docker, REST APIs, Python, VueJS, Nuxt, Algolia, Datadog
• End-to-end product thinking, curiosity across multiple tech domains
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in technical domains
