As a Customer Payment Resolution Specialist at Air Products in Barcelona, you will drive timely collections and ensure a positive customer experience. You’ll work with cross-functional teams across Europe to resolve payment issues, disputes, and credit holds, while keeping accurate customer records. The role sits within the Credit u0026amp; Collections team, supporting colleagues and escalating where needed, in a hybrid, multicultural environment. You will contribute to smooth financial operations and alignment with company policies, while benefiting from onboarding support and flexible working arrangements.

• Respond to customer calls and emails within targets and identify/escalate complaints
• Anticipate and communicate disputed items and payment issues with relevant stakeholders




• Provide support and backup for other collectors
• Liaise with the team lead about credit issues
• Maintain accurate logs of customer information

Responsabilidades
• Fluent in Polish (C2/native) and English ( communicative level)
• Completed studies (degree not required in Business Administration or Economics)
• Experience handling inbound/outbound customer communications by phone and email
• Understanding of customer accounts and general business workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
