Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager role is a part-time, hybrid position based in the Greater Madrid Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and increase student enrollments.

Day-to-day tasks include managing performance channels (such as paid search, paid social, and display), monitoring campaign metrics, and preparing regular performance reports. The individual will collaborate with the sales and counseling teams to align marketing activities with enrollment targets, manage campaign budgets, and test new strategies to improve return on investment. The role also involves coordinating external vendors or agencies as needed and ensuring brand consistency across all performance marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, performance tracking, and optimization of campaigns.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication abilities, including clear reporting,



stakeholder collaboration, and professional written and verbal skills.
- Candidates should possess Marketing expertise, with experience in digital channels, campaign planning, and audience targeting.
- Candidates should possess Sales-oriented skills, such as lead generation focus, funnel management awareness, and collaboration with enrollment teams.
- Candidates should possess Project Management capabilities, including task prioritization, timeline management, and coordination of multiple campaigns.
- Experience with performance marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics tools) is highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in education, international study services, or consulting is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup within the Greater Madrid Metropolitan Area and manage part-time hours effectively.
